The only complaint I have is the car. I do know that it was the only car that insurance could offer. Very small, dirty (stains on the seats), and smelled of smoke every time I opened the door. The smell cleared out in about 5-10 minutes after airing it out, but it always came back each time I got into the car. It is a rental after all. I almost spent my own money to wash it. The car is white and it almost looked like someone went offroading with it. Can't say much about the other cars but the one that I drove, it could definitely be cleaner.
This is a great place to grab a car for those quick trips to 5 hours away and back. If you sign up online you can save 5%. I only wish I had known about that sooner. All in all a great place for great cars!
Not a bad place at all. Staff is very friendly. Very knowledgeable. I was even offered some water (in a water bottle! classy). The paperwork was covered by insurance and I was in and out in no time.
The service provided was by the rep Ryan remarkable! He remained engaged during our conversation and completed the transaction swiftly. To top things off, he even remembered me from another rental transaction and location that took place many months prior. Now that is exemplary customer service!
I love renting with Enterprise! Especially the one on West Ridge Road in Rochester, Ny. The staff is always so friendly and the wait time is bearable. I only go to that one location oppose to other locations!!
Have use Enterprise Rent-A-Car several times when I need a larger vehicle to transport clients or to take on a road trip. They have always been very professional I have always been very satisfied with the cleanliness and the reliability of the vehicle and they have very reasonable prices. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a rental car at any time.
